Responsible person Colette Swanepoel 011 990 0218 from my way who is supposed to be handling my claim.
I had an accident at Eco park estate / Centurion. Reported my accident and was told to pay R3000.00 to speed up the parts ordering process. Which I did in less than 4 days after the accident happened which was February 2013, I have been waiting for my car to be fixed till today, All I get is that parts are still on back order. I'ma very frustrated about this situation as my car broken. The lady above does not follow up on my issue I have been sending her email enquiring what is happening and what she has done so far. It has been 6 months since this has happened but I have no Joy still as I'm tired of being told they are still waiting for parts. I've had a car issue before and made my part order with GM Menlyn which took then 2 months to get the parts and the car fixed.
As soon as get my money I will order this myself. I'm tired of following with Miway and there's no progress for months.
I hope this will help other people making the correct decisions when it come to choosing insurances. All I need is my money back right now. My Claim# C434560 Accident Report #32/02/2013
