Dear miway team
I saw the response regarding my first report and since I went to fetch my vechile on the 09/02/2013 I'm still waiting for renew it to give me a call back as they promise they will phone call me on the 13/02/2013 as they were awaiting parts to come for my vechile to be fixed two weeks has passed and still no feed back from them. The other party whom I was involve in the accident on the 24/12/2012 vechile has already been repaired within the month of January 2013 but she is NOT using miway so guess she is the lucky one.

Don't know what else to do, I'm still using this vechile which had a accident on the 24/12/2013 and I'm even tired of complaining and writing reports on this incident
