New Bank Account - FNB Not doing what they say

We opened a business trust account with two trading as accounts with FNB, back in the beginning of June. We were promised that they would take all our existing info from the bank we were dealing with and load all onto our new FNB Accounts. They did a few of them but the bulk, which is made up of our suppliers and labourers were never done. After numerous calls and emails no one knows whats happening or where the documents given in are. No one is coming back to me. We have come over from another bank trusting that FNB can deliver what it promises. So far not so good...
