My family and I underwent a traumatic experience in June. During this ordeal our vehicle keys were taken amongst other valuables. I contacted the 0800 number and Miway arranged for our vehicle to be taken to an assessment centre for safe keeping and blew our minds away when they not only replaced the keys but had the vehicle returned to us in a stunning condition. We often blow our tops for the lack of feedback and service delivery but here we have a gentleman that went beyond the call of duty and kept us informed of the progress on a daily basis. This was important in my fragile state as my husband and son recovered from their injuries, the last thing I had time to worry about was our vehicle.
