I'd like to express my dissatisfaction at fnb's prevention department. On the 6th of July I received a call from fnb which I was not able to answer and a subsequent message that there were suspected transactions being made with my cheque card and that I should contact fnb as soon as possible. I contacted the fnb hotline which then referred me to the prevention department. After holding on the line for a long time, I was informed by the automated response that the consultants were very busy and that one would call me back as soon as one became available. No one ever called back. I tried repeatedly to call the hotline but none of my calls went through. I then sent an email to fnb on the 17th of July and there has still been no response.
