I put an order in on 30 June as I knew I would be too busy during the week to go to a retailer for my purchases.
The online promise is delivery in 24 hours.
My bank only authorised the payment (due to prevention checks) 2 days later on 2 July.
On 5 July (Note: more than 24 hours later - I received a message to say that the delivery person had been at my home and there had been no answer. This is highly surprising as my dad was there all day! And I also wonder why they only called me after they had left the premises and not while they were there! makes one wonder!
They then promised delivery on Monday 8 July.
I followed up on 8 July and was told "well it could be 8th or 9th".
Yesterday, (8th) I received a message that the courier was trying to get hold of me to know what number my unit is??? I just checked my online order. The number of my complex is clearly stated. And I had provided my dads cell no if there was a problem.
Today, the call centre is just ringing and I cant get through.
I am so disappointed as I was hoping to use this online service for my printer cartridges and other needs.
