Hotline - please hold for 10mins?

I actually do not have the time or patience to go into detail, but within 2 months I've gone through 2 credit cards because someone out there has access to my details. Best of all, my bank doesn't phone me to inform me that transactions are occurring on my accounts, I have to phone my bank instead. Oh wait, I hold between 10-15mins each time i contact the hotline?! Last night I receive another SMS for a transaction going through, again. My bank has still not contacted me and I REFUSE to contact them this time, I EXPECT someone to call me. My bank doesn't seem to care or is just not on par with the other banks. My bank has no need in assisting it's current customers, just money hungry for new clientele. My bank is, crApsa!
