I am very unhappy with this company. I have put in a claim which is approved. I wish to use my own service provider to replace my items. Although Outsurance website says you can use your own service provider, the consultants dealing with my claim says you have to use a service provider from their panel or else the claim will not be paid. Is this false advertising or breach of contract? Everyone knows the insurance company gets a kick back from their panel of service providers, but is this in my best interest as their client?
