I called in May and was told I will get an out bonus at the end of July. I called again mid-July to update my details and check if I was still getting the money. On the 1st August nothing was deposited into my account. I called and was told the money was released and it will take 7working days for it to clear and appear in my bank account. I called today-13th August, only to find out that I will not get the money because of a windscreen claim query I made in 2011! I never even took the car in to replace the windscreen. No one cared to tell me that the 'query' was still open and as a result I wouldn't qualify for an out bonus. On top of that the agent still gives me an attitude. Pathetic service. I'm so disappointed.
