Great Attitude results in Great Service

Was planning on cancelling vehicle insurance, mainly because of the extra expense that it has become. My decision to do so had been made up, until I spoke to a consultant, who put me through to the said gentleman (team leader addressing insurance cancellations on the 13th of Aug 2013).

Following our telephonic conversation, his interest in my financial situation, consideration of my premiums and, in particular, his great attitude, eventually prompted me to retain and continue with MIWAY.
