Regarding the complaint filed on 19/07/2013 - Today I received an email regarding the above complaint. 25 days AFTER I filed it! No phone calls or emails until now. The email I received did not even deal with the issue - only advising that I am liable for the charges which of course I already knew and understand. My complaint is that no one contacted me regarding my account/service fees and no one has closed it. Still NO confirmation as to the status of my account. Digusted to be told that it has been handed over to the collection agents!!
