Wrongful deduction not credited yet

I've been struggling for more than a week now to get the personal loan department to reverse the wrongful deduction they made from my bank account with regards to a personal loan. Everyday I get the promise that the money will be back in my account by the following morning and the next morning there is nothing. It's been 9 days now since the deduction and my patience is wearing very thin now.
