Just poor and bad service

At first my smart savings account was changed to a cheque account, without my consent. after trying on numerous occasions to try and sort it out over the phone without any success over a period of 6 weeks. I decided to log a compliant on line, after my second attempt did somebody phone me back and said that they can only change it back after i pay R93 that was now in debit on my account because charges on a cheque account is much higher than on a smart account.

But those charges should not have been there if they did not change my account.

Because of all the problems i have with F.N.B i told my boss that she must pay my salary which i get weekly into my e wallet. to show F.N.B that they must fix a mistake that was made by them. My second complain is that i have got a F.N.B loan deduction that go off my account every Friday. Because my salary was not paid into that account for the last 2 Fridays so as a result my loan is now 2 weeks in arrears. Yet a consultant phoned my wife yesterday to say that for the next 4 weeks they will deduct a double payment and for the following 3 weeks an additional R200 which does not make sense as she is only in arrears for 2 payments.
