On 25/07/2013 money was debited from my account without my knowledge. I called in to and stopped my account. I then called another line to open a claim on the same day. After i did not get any feedback A WEEK LATER I called and followed up. I was sent an affidavit which i filled in and returned on the same day on 30/07/2013. IT HAS NEW BEEN TWO WEEKS AND NOBODY HAS RESPONDED TO ME ABOUT MY CASE!!!
I AM APPALLED AT HOW STANDARD BANK IS HANDLING MY CASE. FIRSTLY THOSE FUNDS WERE DEBITED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE NOBODY IS GIVING ME ANY CLARITY AS TO HOW THIS HAPPENED AND WHEN OR HOW I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I AM SWITCHING BANKS!! THIS IS RUBBISH.
