BAD SERVICE TO PERSONAL LOANS

I am a new customer from African bank and went on the 7th of August to apply for a personal loan. It has been approved. I am in urgent need of this money and was told that it would take 48 hours for the money to be paid out. My company that I work for is not listed on their system and I was told that it needs to be loaded. It has now almost been a week passed. I am still waiting for this money and employment confirmation. How many useless staff does it take to complete the process and pay my money. I am now being told that it takes up to 5 days but hello, pick up a phone confirm and pay my loan money out. It is almost time to deduct the first payback amount but I haven't received the money yet. What if this is an emergency and I need it for somebody that is in hospital or repairs to something - African Bank just don't care. The website is also not user friendly as I tried to apply for a credit card as well but nothing happens. I urgently need this money as I have an emergency but the useless staff that works with my stuff just don't care to go the extra mile and that really does make m not to believe in African Bank's service delivery.
