Nedbank, has managed to annoy me even up to the very end. processes should never ever be a substitute for common sense.
I fully understand there are certain security checks, processes staff need to follow. However I will not accept this as a replacement for common sense.
I will never again do business with Nedbank because of this horrible service I received. Feel free to reach out to me for clarity if you care otherwise don't doesn't mean anything because the point is just to let others know about this at this point in time.
