Card Mispelt

I have just received my second Cheque card from FNB. Not only has it took more than a month to get the card, my name has been spelt incorrectly for the second time and in exactly the same way. I regret having switched to FNB and if this problem is not resolved promptly I will be going back to Nedbank.
