Removed flexi-reserve from bond agreement

Without notice of ANY kind ABSA removed the flexi reserve facility from my account. Claiming they sent sms notification 8 days AFTER account was changed.. duh, like that was going to help anyway!! Trying everything in the branch and on the phone all employees seems unable to help... as always.. they claim their hands are cut off... sorry sir, its the process, we have to follow..
what BS!!.. ABSA change processes that benefits them, don't inform clients and then throw clients into quicksand admin pool! Since when did process become more important than client service?! where are anyone suppose to go to actually get someone who cares enough to help?! I am soooo tired of the complete helplessness we as customers are experiencing while ABSA thunders over everyone! they change rules and clauses when it suit them on contracts that were agreed on and signed by both parties?! how is that even legal?
