I have just be taken from pillar to post by ABSA. What I need assistance with is simple, I need someone to remove a hold that has been placed on my Home loan flexi reserve. I had to call these numbers: 086 113 4654, 011 771 9900, 0860 023 646, 0860 111 007. Whoever I call gives me another number to call.
ABSA what I need is simple, I made an application to extend my bond, as a result a freeze was placed on my Flexi reserve facility. The application process is now over, please remove the freeze on my Flexi reserve.
