I find it very poor customer service if these people can not return a phone call. I sold them my polo vivo and i still have not received my money and they have also not settled the bank as they promised they would. I am giving them until the close of business on the 13 of August to pay me and the bank, if i have not received payment by then the first thing i am doing on the 14 of August 2013 is going to the police station and laying a case of and against them.
