I bought a VW POLO 1.4i 2010 model in September at Cape motor city. Before I bought that car a put in an offer to purchase a 2012 Polo Vivo and my finance was approved. When I came to collect the car Cape motor city sold it to another person and said they are sorry but that was a cash sale (my deal was apporved and was also technically cash to them). The offered me the Polo 1.4i 2010 for R119 000.00 and said it is because they are sorry about the Vivo and gave me a discount on that car. I bought the Polo and in a space of 4 weeks the car broke 3 times. Aslam kept telling me it was fixed but never was. I dont think they ever fixed it they just hoped it will last until after the Garage warantee expired. I aksed for a refund and did not ant to do business with them. Even the courtesey cars they gave me broke and that was cars they sold. He refunded my deposit but took 2weeks to settle the balance by my finance. He kept coming up with excuses saying Eft is not working etc. I could not buy a new car until he settled the Polo and he knew it. PEOPLE STAY AWAY. PLEASE LISTEN CAPE MOTOR CITY ARE AND THEY ARE SELLING BROKEN CARS TO PEOPLE DO NOT BUY THERE!!!
