Still waiting for an update for your mistake

I wrote a report last year about the homelands department mixing up the builders contract and paying the builder to much. Vernon said he will get back to me and I'm still waiting. I am being charged a higher interest rate when it's your mistake. Nobody from the bank is getting back to me, i have emailed them several times. This US ridiculous. If this doesn't get resolved, i will take it to the media.
