I have a building loan with STD bank, I applied for progress payment in my bond during the first week of September. I then received an email requesting that I re-submit building plans and the P.C. list. I had to resend the building plans 4 times to the bank before they confirmed receival. I called home loans enquiring what a PC list is I have been told 3 different descriptions of what it is. I have submitted 2 of those documents as described by them. I called today enquiring about progress and was told the PC list is still outstanding. I enquired what exactly it is and was told different story from the two previous stories of what a PC list is and am still confused what it is but am told my bond will not be paid until I submit the PC list, and all the people I have consulted at the bank does not know what it is or they give a description and it is different from person to person I have consulted.
It has taken almost two months to process my claim and request for outstanding document comes one by one and that causes even more delays. I called home loans and complained I was told to call complains Dept. I call complaints and was told to call home loan and complaint with them first.
