ABSA WHERE IS YOUR INTEGRITY???

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IM LODGING A COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER

To Fill you in :

ABSA just assumed that we didnt have insurance on our vehicle we bought a year ago. And went and took our temporary insurance for us and just took 2 instalments of 700 /-
out of our bank account.

Even thou they were contacted after we notced this the first debit.

But no, they went and debited our account a second time...!! (Which is when i compained on hello peter)

Thanks to hello peter, someone called me last week Monday.

And explained how they randomly do this and they normally send clients notification before they take out this temporary insurance.

We NEVER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION!!! and if we did, needless to say we would of explained that we already have insurance. SO ABSA... YOUR PROCESS IS FLAWED!!

In any event, the person I spoke to apologised for the inconvenience caused and PROMISED . They will
refund the money they took from us within 72HOURS.

GUESS WHAT? We still never received the moneys.

To you this might be pocket change, but to us this is allot of money. You have and still are causing financial strain on us!!!

PLEASE TELL ME... NOW WHAT?
