BAD ATTITUDE

I RECENTLY RECEIVED A LETTER OF DEMAND FROM STERLING DEBT RECOVERY, STATING THAT I OWE NEDBANK R1148.79 . I PHONED THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT I AM I REALLY OWING. THEY TOLD ME THEY COLLECT ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT THEYLL GET BACK TO ME. ON THE 24 JULY 2013, I CONTACTED NEDBANK AND I WAS SENT TO PILLAR TO POST. FINALY I SPOKE TO JEROME WHO SAID I MUST SENT HIM AN EMAIL AND COPPY OF THE LETTER TILL TODAY NO FEEDBACK. I AGAIN CONTACTED THE COLLECTORS TODAY AND I WAS ASKED IF SOME1 WAS TO COME BACK TO ME. AND THEY WILL REQUEST A STATEMENT FROM NEDBANK. I PHONED NEDBANK WHICH AGAIN I WAS SENT TO ALL DEPARTMENTS. AND THE ATTITUDE IS BAD THEY TELL ME TO BE SPECIFIC AND I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN I NEVER HAD ANY TYPE OF LENDING / BORROWING FROM NEDBANK. PLEASE ASSIST ME AS I AM NOW GETTING TIRED OF THIS STUPID MAILS.
