Outsurance
Cancelled insurance but still debitting account

Hi

I had my business insurance with Outsurance but actually realised that I wasn't cover properly when I placed a claim. I then asked via email to have both my policies cancelled with immediate effect. Two months later my account is still being debited.
Outsurance what, bending over backwards! Right!
This is surely a case of! Consumer act?
