I resigned from Sasol mid June 2013. NBC is working with the proveident fund payouts and I phoned her early July to confirm if she received my documents. There she promised me to have my payout before end of July. A week before end of july she promised again to have my payout done within the first week of August. First week of august went past then I phoned her for the third time and she said two to three weeks!! These promises is getting rediculous now.
If I phone her after two weeks agin (next week is two weeks) what will the next promise be? You are working with insurances and retirement funds. I will definitly not deal with them if I have the choice.
