Went to Vincent Park, branch this afternoon to enquire about my renewal of my Platinum Cheque card as this is expiring at the end of this, month. I phoned your premier suite and were transferred from one person to the other last month and eventually gave up, as, this is the service you render to your ordinary clients and platinum clients. Well the lady whom tried to assisted me this afternoon was not interested at all (replacements new. Card counter) to assist.only exuses she cannot ser on the system when my new card will be delivered. She told me come back mid month to orders the card. Really im a, platinum client if this is, the service this Joe Soap employee is rendering then she need to realize what a, platinum client is. Phoned your premier banker again today as, this Joe Soap employee could have done this but no took the easy way out not to assist me. Well my card was suppose to be delivered last Friday, now i had to reorder a Card. I insist on World class service and not the,
poor service in receiving ad i despice calling call centres which is for your average Joe Soap client which im not.
