We submitted a accident claim in November, and given a courtesy car for 3 0 days, till today our matter has been resolved, cause no one was attending to our matter, now we have take back the car cause 30 days had passed and quicksure does not want to take the responsibility of their delay, saying we should have opted for longer days on our policy.
