My car was involved in an accident on the 16th September. I sent all documents necessary and my car was written off. On the 03 October Quicksure sent me a mail saying car will be settled. Today (31 Oct) the car has not been settled and everytime I call to find progress Im told it is a batch of payments. I have two problems exactly:1. the courtesy car was hired for only 30 days, i returned it and now I remain without a car 2: I can not apply for another vehicle as the bank is still deducting. The issue is clearly taking longer than what I was promised. I have again been told that my claim is in a batch of payments, this made me more furious
