In May this year i was hi-jacked. Reported the matter to quicksure as quickly as i could and provided all details as requested within the first week of the incident. To this day, my claim has still not been paid out! What frustrates me even more, is the fact that i have to call just to find out what how far everything is! i must say, for a company that calls themselves "Quicksure" there is no urgency or tenacity in their delivery. i would really appreciate it if this claim gets paid out TOMMORROW as this will be the THIRD month that i will be paying the bank for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession!
