I contacted Zurich on the 3rd or 4th of September after the premium they deducted increased with about R200-00 for no apparent reason asking them to please explain the increase to me, I dont know my policy number but included my ID number in the message.
Yesterday, on the 9th, a customer service agent e-mailed me asking for my contact details to contact me. i assume Zurich don't even have my contact details or they didn't even to bother looking at my profile?
If this is the service they give, whats gonna happen when I need to claim?
