I transfered R600 as per my call logged on the FNB site (Ref: 5HO088E2) to FNB loans recovery for an account handled by A.R.A. I xferred it via EFT like I always do and A.R.A always receives it and they call me. I made my normal payment on 30-07-2013 and it had not reflected till today, when I called them they kept saying they will get back to me. So I logged a call with my favourite lovely bank FNB asking them to trace the funds and let me me know what is going on. the next thing I know today, the money is xferred back into my account and nobody bothered to give me a call and tell me what happened. I then called the call centre (around 15:50) but Mark made me explain the story only to put me back to the IVR to enter my details and then tell me it's not them who deal with this plus he can't put me through to an actual consultant who deals with such. Im guessing they dont want my small money, and I'll be keeping it for this month.
