I have lodged a third party claim early last month. i dealt with a very helpful guy at FNB by the name of Bongani Msimanga. Bongani lodged the claim through to SANTAM and thats were everything stopped.
I have been trying to call Santam and reffered to more that 4 people already and nobody seems to help.
I have sent emails and nobody responded. This is totally not on!!! everytime when my premium is deducted from my account on a monthly basis you always find the money available and always send an sms with a smiley but when i request FNB to represent me its a problem.
I sent an email to Bongani this week monday (requested a read receipts and received such) but he still hasn't bothered calling nor emailing to explain the situation. I'm getting calls, sms every now and then from the guy i bumped his car and always mentioned that no one contacted him. we've been trying to track the first lady who called him regarding this case and no one can trace this on the system for us.
Can you live your slogan! You are not helping at all!!!
