I have been in a very lengthy and tedious process in trying to get a personal loan application approved (3weeks!!)
Now at the end of all this up and down running FNB has rejected my application on the ground of salary being deposited by cheque, after I sent a contract of my employment stating when I get paid, bank statements and payslip. Reason being cheque is not consistent!!!
Now this for me is not a good enough answer as there is absolutely NO personal consideration (which one of FNB biggest claims)
For me I am utterly disgusted with what i had to go through even now getting no feedback from Loans department on what my next steps could be!!!
I will definitely keep advertising this socking decision to my peers, workplace and clients and will be changing banks in the very near future, i would rather have socking service from a bank that doesnt have false claims!!!
