Poor service regarding our loan application

We applied for a loan on Monday 8.04.2013 at 13:30PM. We were promised we will receive a response withing 24hours. But up till now the only thing we hearing is " our application is in the processing department". I have made numerous calls and spoke to so many people but no one can help us. We have been offered a loan at another institution but we are interested in taking our loan with FNB. We are so tired of calling wanting answers that now we are thinking of switching our personal accounts and my business account to another bank with better service. Why keep us stringing along if they do not want to lend us the money please say so. I am utterly disgusted with the service i receive from FNB.
