I have never dealt with this level of incompetence. i had and accident in January 2013 and for the past few months i have dealing with your legal department to recover my excess from the other party. i completed all the forms, sent all the documentation to jhblegal135@telesure and communicated with Brumilda from the word go and everything was in order. i must say the process has not been pleasant as i constantly have to follow up and hardly recieve any feedback from her. now today she sends me an e-mail that she does not have the sketch and i must resend it, REALLY??? SERIOUSLY??? My question is what happened to everything i sent through and it was confirmed that she did recieve it. i don't have time for this, you have wasted enough of my precious time and clearly someone is not doing their job. i need this matter resolved ASAP.
