Revision of Insurance contract

I could here that I am being answered by a person with a smile she quickly went through with me on my contract and advise me my options and allowed me to make my decision. When she noted that the request from the Management is taking longer she advised that she will come back and she indeed came back with a revised acceptable quote. We need more of people like Nicola.
