A few years ago, I had a loan account with Bayport, however, due to being unemployed I was unable to make regular payments, which was explained to them. As a result of this I was blacklisted and a judgement was placed against me, which I had only found out recently. Once I became employed again, I made the necessary monthly payments, and last year in August, I had squared the account in full.
Now I am trying to have the judgement rescinded at Cape Town Civil Courts, and was given a Letter of Consent form which Bayport needs to complete and return the original document to me to take back to the Civil Courts so the process can begin.
I have tried calling, and I get no answer, constantly being kept on hold. When I finally got through, I was given an extension of the contact person to get hold of, but this number never gets answered.
This is keeping me behind as I would like to get the ball rolling in applying for a bond as I am to be married soon.
Can you get the judgement you placed against me removed please, or at least can I get proper service???
