MTN top up contract from FNB

On the 20130731 I got a call from one of FNB Agent (MTN sales department). They told me I qualify for this MTN 100 Top up contract. I did agree to take the contract and they said if I was not happy I can cancel it within 4 days and I will not be charge for anything. After the contract was activated on the same day (20130731). The was a problem with applications that run on my phone I couldn't logon to them. The next day (20130801) I called them to cancel the contract and the agent I was talking to on this number 0714476202 said they have logged my request and gave me this reference number #6881521. Monday I called them to check if was cancelled and that was not done till to day I have been calling them they keep telling me the will tell they team leader (Mbuso Nkosi). And when I call MTN to check if they received any cancellation notice from FNB they tell me nothing is showing on their system. And told me if 10 day pass without a notice I will have to pay a cancellation fee. Their contact (0861362678 or 0714476202).
