An app that takes longer to get things done

Banking apps are suppose to improve your banking experience not make it worse, but the ABSA banking app takes the cake. Somehow seeing "please wait" after almost every click doesn't inspire any patience. After logging on and logging off, waiting... And clicking past errors over and over again, it would of been quicker going in to a branch to get an inter account transfer done! Before anybody asks, there's nothing wrong with my internet connection.. Tried in multiple areas through cell and wifi and even deleted an re-installed the app.

ABSA... A really good app would set the bar higher, a slow annoying app is a very poor reflection of an otherwise good service provider.
