NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE AGAIN

Two weeks ago I received a call from a call centre agent regarding a credit card. he presented a good deal and assured me that the card will be delivered to me shortly after I had submitted my ID Copy and payslip in which I did two weeks ago and despite emailing the card division during the course of these two weeks to give me feedback I got absolutely nothing. So how is FNB really helping me? and how are they really making life easier?
