I trully cannot believe the service or should I say lack of service i have been receiving from FNB over the past 3 months continuiously. All i asked them to do was cancel my insurance policy on my personal loan as i have a new life policy that is more comprehensive and 3 months later i still have to follow up. I made the same request to Nedbank and it was done in 2 working days. I have made over 20 calls and logged 4 complaints to FNB and it just seems that they make to much money to care about customer service. The joke was when i found out that there complaints email address is [Email Removed] but they dont give a damm. Now they say i own them money but no-one knows why or how because i have never missed a payment.
