Incorrectly debiting my account

Last month Absa deducted R110 from my funeral policy, I phoned them numerous times and all the time I would wait on the phone for over an hour and the voice would say the consultants are busy. I told them to return the extra R40 that they were charging and on the 16th of July they returned my money. On the first of August they have deducted R30 from my account instead of the usual R70. All I want is for Absa to deduct the correct amount for my funeral policy. I wonder how many other people have the same problem but have not been helped?
