My car broke down on the R21 in Guateng last night. I phoned the call center to lodge a claim and within 10 minutes, they arranged a tow truck and phoned me every 15 minutes to check if I have been contacted by the AA, if I received assistance and to check if they arrived and towed me. I have only had good service with Peninsula since joining them - this is not my first claim - and am very pleased with their assistance.
