Shocking to see all the complaints on Hellopeter related to Standard Bank not getting back to their clients and the struggle to reverse payments etc.
I contacted the call centre on the 25/03/13 to find out what the process is to reverse a payment/dispute. Spoke to Patricia Chingono and she explained the process and sent me the form that I had to complete. Completed the form and sent it back the same day because the process takes 21 working days. To date I haven't heard anything from Standard Bank...
I even emailed Patricia back but she's igonring me...
Can someone please contact me to resolve the issue. I guess I'll probably wait another 21 days before I get a response from Standard Bank.
