Ucount but I do not count

I have complained about the tier calculation as according to my knowledge I should be Tier 4. Standard bank send me advertising info. But my biggest frustration is that the Ucount Statement is useless as one cannot see the transactions that lead to points and I cannot see the transactions at Caltex. I have 2 garage cards linked to my credit card and not a single transaction is reflecting on my statement.

I mailed the enquiries link on the Ucount site on Friday last week: [tracker #1874107]

To date I have not received a reply and my private banker also did not respond though I copied the individual on the mail.

This is not acceptable.

I want all communication in writing as I often cannot take calls during the day.
