On Wednesday 31-07-2013 I went to withdraw an amount of R 850 from a standard bank teller in Hercules Auto-bank 1139
But I didn't get the money as the slip informed me as to technical problems the transaction couldn't be done even though I received a sms from FNB informing me of the transaction that was completed
On Friday 2nd Of August I visited First National Bank Jacaranda Centre and filled in a claim form.
On the same day a consultant from FNB contacted me and informed that the amount is reversed on my account.
Now I get a sms from FNB informing me that my account is in arrears with the amount of R 1094.91??
I have sent all necessary to [Email Removed] in the hopes of getting a result. Att: Yolandi FNB:-) Reference number 324905 has been issued for your complaint.
