Struggling to get authorisation

On the 1st of August I went to see a surgeon for severe pain in my upper arms. I was then send for a sonar after which he decided that he has to operate. He gave me all the codes and I submitted it to Oneplan. Then my problems started. Five days later I had to phone THEM to ask what's going on because I wanted to know what's the outcome. They told me that they have referred it to the (UNDERWRITERS) and that is was declined. They also told me that the underwriters will send me a letter to notify me. Now I don't know on which OX WAGON it is but it still did not reach me. It seems to me they don't know about e-mail. PS I also reported the matter to the ombudsman. To me it appears to be a.
