I made an application on a Re-ADvancement on my bond and was not approved on the credit act feedback.
I expect my bank to view the history of my accounts and see it from a merit point of view and look at a[my application based on merit.
Why deal with a bank that cannot assist you when you need them.
When you try phoning the concerned person they NEVER available and you leave messages.
I even pay much more than the required bond payment for years and when you get your that wont even listen to you then that is a problem.
NEDBANK: " We make things Happen"" that is an incorrect slogan cos they don't.
